Refer to the Law N°40/2010 of 25/11/2010 establishing the Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) and determining its responsibilities, organization and functioning;
In its chapter II, Article 3: 1, 17, and 19
RHA has the obligation:
1) To serve as overall project manager on behalf of the State for all projects related to housing and construction;
2) To design and supervise the construction of all public buildings;
3) To prepare the budget for the construction and maintenance of public buildings.
In view of the above mandates, RHA is a key agency in terms of management of Government buildings and shall be consulted in relation to Design and Construction Management of such buildings.

The renovation of Telecom House will ensure the following:
- To beautify the building to ensure it fits in the neighborhood;
- Through enforcement of applicable indicators for existing buildings, within the renovation/ rehabilitation scope, to retrofit the structure in compliance of the Rwanda Green Building Minimum Compliance System;
- To ensure efficient use of space and optimize safety, security and comfort for users and visitors,
- To optimize the performance and sustainability to make sure that all maintenance cost is minimized through use of quality and durable materials.
National Archives Building is a recently completed Government building, the later was initiated and constructed in order to enforce the national legislation in the field of Archives and records storage. The building currently accommodates Ministry of National Unity & Civic Engagement (MINUBUMWE). The Project is constructed in plot number 516 on KG 550ST, Kibaza cell, Kacyiru sector Gasabo District.
Kigali Arena is an Indoor Sports Infrastructure with the capacity to host 10,000 spectators.
The completion of Kigali Arena has emerged with several opportunities to host national and international events (sports, cultural, etc.).
It is the largest indoor arena in the East African region and one of the top 15 on the continent.
Kigali Arena officially inaugurated on 9th August 2019.
